We understand that the most important part of any contractors insurance or builders insurance program is what happens in the event of a claim.

All claims will be dealt with quickly and efficiently by the same person who actually placed the cover for you. This provides continuity and means rather than being passed to different departments one dedicated person will be on hand to help you and you will be regularly updated on the progress of the claim from start to finish.

In the event of an incident this should be notified to us immediately. You can contact us at anytime including outside normal office hours, for advice and assistance on your allocated contact numbers which will divert to your dedicated account executive, who will be at Director level, and therefore fully experienced to deal with your needs.
